Clarinet Buying Guide
The clarinet consists of two major sections, the upper and lower registery.
It comprises of a family of pitches Bb being the most common, to the A which is primarily used for orchestral performance it is played using a reed which is attached to a mouthpiece.
ABS – this is a clarinet made from a plastic resin which forms the core of the instrument, these tend to be aimed at the beginner advancing to the semi-professional.
Keyboard Buying Guide
The major components of a typical modern electronic keyboard are:
Musical keyboard: The plastic white and black piano-style keys which the player presses, thus connecting the switches, which triggers the electronic note or other sound. Most keyboards use a keyboard matrix circuit to reduce the amount of wiring that is needed.
Bass Guitar Buying Guide
The bass guitar is a stringed instrument played primarily with the fingers or thumb (by plucking, slapping, popping, tapping, or thumping), or by using a pick.
The bass guitar is similar in appearance and construction to an electric guitar, but with a longer neck and scale length, and four, five, or six strings. The four-string bass—by far the most common—is usually tuned the same as the double bass, which corresponds to pitches one octave lower than the four lower strings of a guitar (E, A, D, and G).
