Henderson Music Ltd has been one of the leading providers of quality musical instruments in Northern Ireland for over 30 years.
The music business was founded originally by Hugo Henderson, a native of Co Donegal. He developed a significant reputation in Piano Tuning and sales from the 1930's until his untimely death in 1960.
Hugo's wife Kathleen who sadly passed away in August 2003 was an active part of the business down the years and was a constant source of energy and support to the business right up to the time of her passing.
The business suffered a further loss in early 2004 when one of Hugo and Kathleen's sons, Noel Henderson passed away suddenly. Noel was also an important part of the sales and administration team with a flair for playing Brass and Woodwind instruments.
The family tradition in the musical business is presently carried on by Hugo's sons, Brian and Brendan who are both Piano tuners assisted by Gerry who looks after general administration and Piano sales.
Brian's son, Brian Jnr specialises in front shop sales with particular emphasis on stock control. Noel's musical legacy is carried on by his son John who has established his musical credentials at University in London. He currently works in the Brass and Woodwind area of the shop.
The present staff ensures a diversity of talents which provides a broad base of expertise in the various instruments which we sell. This is crucial in providing our customer base with a wealth of experience and an established aftercare policy.
